2.1 Our services include but are not limited to one-on-one coaching, group coaching, online courses, live workshops, and retreats.

2.3 Coaching results vary based on individual participation and commitment. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
3.1 Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
3.2 We offer a 14-day refund policy for digital or online courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that no significant portion of the course has been completed.
3.3 We offer a no-refund policy for coaching services. However, for live events and retreats, cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event may qualify for a partial refund, minus a processing fee.
3.4 Payment plans may be available for select services and events; failure to meet payment deadlines may result in loss of access to the service.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Clients agree to engage fully in the coaching process and complete any assigned exercises or activities.
4.2 Clients understand that coaching is a collaborative process and are responsible for their own well-being and decisions.
4.3 For workshops and retreats, clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at least two weeks before the event.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Personal information shared during coaching sessions or events will be kept confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law.
5.2 Group sessions and workshops may involve shared experiences; participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of other attendees.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content provided, including but not limited to worksheets, exercises, and online materials, remains the intellectual property of An Everyday Mystic and may not be copied, distributed, or sold without written permission.
6.2 Clients may use provided materials for personal development only.
7. Liability Limitation
7.1 An Everyday Mystic and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
7.2 Participation in physical activities during retreats or workshops is at the participant's own risk.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
8.1 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or credit for future services.
8.2 Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for coaching session cancellations; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through mediation in Nebraska before any further legal action is taken.
