Opening Circle
Begin with an energizing blend of music and movement to ground ourselves in the moment. We’ll set intentions and dive into a collective art project that will carry us through the day.
Crafting Your Future Self
Dive into creating a vision of your most powerful future self. Through art journaling, visualization, and movement, we’ll bring this persona to life, engaging all five senses to make your future feel real and attainable.
The Art of the Old Self
Map your journey through the ages—child, adolescent, and adult—using creative body maps to uncover the gifts and lessons each stage has brought you. This reflective process will foster deep appreciation for who you are and the journey you have taken to get here.
Beliefs and Visioning
We’ll anchor present-day actions to your envisioned future with meditation and visualization.. Explore your dreams and desires while capturing them in your personal “Book of Desires.” We’ll refine this vision with art journaling and share our insights in small groups and as a collective.
Exploring Old Beliefs
Through a thought-provoking exercise and powerful diad discussions, we’ll unearth old beliefs that no longer serve you. With the help of “Existential Kink,” you’ll find playful acceptance before we perform a cathartic somatic release, symbolically burning those beliefs away
Celebrating the Journey
We’ll wrap up with a collective art piece, celebrating our growth and connection.

Meet the facilitators
Shaun Harner
Shaun Harner is a producer, transformational coach, entrepreneur, storyteller, and musician focused on spiritual embodiment and rediscovering pleasure through the art of play, imagination and self-realization. As a change-maker she invites people into transformation so they can become their most authentic selves using tools based in neuroscience, somatic integration, and spiritual methodologies.
Jen Landis is an artist, entrepreneur, and founder of the Women’s Art Gang, a community dedicated to helping women rediscover their creativity and embrace self-expression. With over 30 years of experience in art, positivity, and manifestation principles, she inspires women to dream big, spark new ideas, and connect through meaningful conversations.
